I decided to work on adding comments to this blog (I already have place holder for input and display, but I wanted a fancy button.) Aside: Now that I think about it, I forget to hide my add blog button away for non-mes -- gotta work on that! But I used a wonderful set of instructions from LogRocket, which gave me the idea of compiling a list of sources that have been incredibly useful in my development journey. LogRocket recently has been such a shining star for me, from figuring things out with fetch requests and React to now Google auth, it's just been super useful. I'll publish the list later on a separate section on this blog, but I'm not sure where I should put it (from a design perspective.) My navbar is getting a little unacceptably cluttered, so I might not squirrel it away up there... But who knows. As for the Google auth, I've still got a ways to go to implement it in a better way, but for now it's quick and dirty. Every day this project is getting bigger and more intricate. Every day I'm feeling better in general about it. From the beginning, years ago, learning Python, I never thought I'd be one of those people with a blog... And here we go. And I find that posting here has really helped me cement the things that I come across. The problems that I have and the solutions I find -- blogging has been really helpful! Any way, check out LogRocket if you get the chance!
